Russell Talamini

Russell Talamini has years of experience as a Council Member and also served on the Oakland Board of Education for several years. He brings this experience to the table to effectively serve the residents of Oakland.

Russell is active and serves as a member of multiple Borough committees, but many residents also know him as a youth recreation coach in Oakland, which he has done for many years.

Ryan Schwertfeger

Ryan Schwertfeger has been tirelessly involved in our community, in the field of communication, in politics, and in local government. He seeks achievement and success for the benefit of all - not purely for selfish gain - and has a track record of success, accomplishments, experience and accolades to back it up.

Ryan is ready and eager to bring his youthful enthusiasm, local government experience, and volunteer background to the Borough of Oakland when elected to the Council.

Ryan is proud to have lived in Oakland for almost his entire life, proud to have graduated from all Oakland public schools, and he is here to stay for the long foreseeable future. Ryan will make the best decisions for our community since he will have to live with the decisions he will make for years to come.
