Russell & Ryan Take Part in Candidates Forum

Councilman Russell Talamini and Council Candidate Ryan Schwertfeger took part in the annual Oakland tradition - the Candidates Forum.

The "Forum" is run by the Oakland Communications Commission and the Oakland Television Committee and provides each candidate running for local school board, Borough Council, Mayor, and for the regional high school board an opportunity to talk about themselves in a fair, neutral, and non-partisan environment. Each candidate follows the same rules, has the same maximum amount of time, has the same back drop, and is scheduled to be seen on the Borough's local access cable channel the same number of times.

Voters are encouraged to watch Russ and Ryan's Candidates Forum segments and share it with their friends and neighbors as they look to make their decision regarding the election this fall.
